Fast professional service, arrived on time, best price. Jeremy replaced a large (1m x 1.1m) stress-cracked window with a new laminated tinted window quickly and without any mess, and helped me re-install my large heavy blind. He also gave lots of advice which helps me to better understand our home and our windows (eg, type of glass etc). Very happy with Aussie Emergency Glass. 5 gold stars. Hi Team, It is frustrating when you contact a company that purports to be customer-focused and a good communicator that provides timely service, value bla bla bla...then you book their services. They turn out to be terrible communicators, worse service providers and muck you around from pillar to post. ..and so... you end up writing a complaint review that will most likely be ignored, or received in such a way that you get abused for your trouble. This is NOT one of those reviews... We live in a world where we will complain vehemently when things go wrong; but hardly ever do we give credit or positive feedback when things go right. Or, as happened in my case, when things go AWESOME! So, please let me give you a comprehensive run-down of my first-time experience with your company. Yesterday (Wednesday), I had the misfortune of locking my keys in my office, and was forced - after an hour and a half of trying every trick in the book of long-gone teenage mischief tricks) - to break a window to gain entry. Once inside, I Googled window repair services and decided to choose the fourth company on my search list. That was Aussie Emergency Glass I want to say this. From the first initial contact, to giving details, to constant communication, to having a guy on site, to him leaving the site spotless (actually... cleaner than it was when he arrived...) to arranging for payment. I score you 11 out of freaking 10... Honestly! Whatever methods you use to recruit, hire, train and develop your people across the board, keep doing it. Your first contact person (I am sorry, I forgot her name, but she has a lovely Scottish accent) was top rate. She not only asked all the right questions, but gave responses that made me feel regarded as a customer the entire time from first phone call to paying for the job. The timeframes for arrival on site. Bang on... almost to the minute. The repair guy was personable, efficient and left the area spotless post-repair/replacement. Folks, the job was so good and hassle-free I needed to pay immediately to show my appreciation. I know cashflow sucks when you have to wait a certain amount of time for payment, so I was happy to alleviate that in my own little way by paying immediately over the phone (to the aforementioned Scottish-accented lady). As a business management and systems auditor by profession with over 150 companies in my client portfolio, the type of service you gave me was exactly the type of service I advocate and encourage with my own clients. So it is no exaggeration to give you, in my professional opinion, an 11 out of 10. From a personal perspective, I'd give you a 14 out of 10!! (I'm an auditor, not a mathematician) Even from a pricing perspective, I conservatively estimated an $800-$900 bill for the callout, materials, labour, etc. You came in markedly below that estimate. Another green flag! Team, you probably think what you do - and the way you do it - is standard and run of the mill. That is probably because you don't get to compare what you do against others in business or even in your own industry. What you are doing SHOULD be standard. Sadly, it is not, but it is so refreshing to have the level of service I received from you. .... I feel like smashing another window just to experience it again! I had a broken window in my bedroom and got Aussie Emergency Glass out to fix it. They were easy to deal with and turned up when they said they would. The job didn’t take long. The price was fine and the whole thing was straightforward. I’d use them again.
