Awesome team! I requested a quote on Thursday. Had a response from MGM the following morning. One of the team came out to measure that same afternoon and we had our sliding door panel replaced today (Monday)! Awesome turnaround!! We were given different glass options we could use for the replacement. We decided on a glass panel that didn't require a custom order which meant we could have our window replaced ASAP. The product we had installed is much sturdier than the original glass panel installed by the builder. The entire team I dealt with, from booking appointments, to installation, are very professional and friendly. Really happy we were able to support a small family-owned business. Especially one as lovely as this one! Would recommend their services to anyone. Thanks guys!

Donny was bright and early and very cheerful. Good to see and have on your team. David and Ed (I think) arrived a few minutes later and the team went to work deciding on the best approach to raise the window to the second storey. They chose the way and helped each other with the heavy window, all the while maintaining a healthy banter and humour amidst the serious conversations. The window was installed, the area cleaned up and my house respected, all things that are important to me. I really appreciate their politeness and friendliness. Perhaps having a couple of kelpies helps! Thanks for the good work!

Murphy Glass & Mirror provided me with A1 customer service and efficiency and a professional job. The frameless shower screen door would not open outwards and it would only open to 30 degrees. I contacted a few shower screen companies and none could help me as they were not the original installers of the shower screens. Upon my first contact with Reece from Murphy Glass & Mirror, he gave me a 'can do' response instead of a 'cannot do'. I took photos of the shower screen, sent them to Reece and in 48 hrs, I had a tradesman from Murphy's come around and fix the frameless shower screen. Upon inspection, the original hinges of the door were not installed correctly so the hinges were repackaged and the water deflector was cut down to size to fit the door properly. The work was done to a high standard and the shower screen door is now better than new. All work was carried out professionally and promptly and no mess left behind. I highly recommend Reece and his team at Murphy Glass & Mirror.

Called up on New Year’s Eve to get a new bathroom mirror and Rhys was super helpful! He patiently answered all of our questions and got the job done in under 1hr. Much cheaper and easier than getting a pre-cut mirror from Bunnings. Thanks so much!!!

I can highly recommend MGM They replaced a shower door and gave me great advise and kept me updated. Customer service was great and installer Dave was professional and courteous. Overall stress free and everything ran smoothly
