He repaired my glass pool gate after it had been badly installed by a previous contractor who had destroyed the hinges by welding them. We are in the midst of some renovations at our home and have worked with a multitude of trades. Tom is a standout. He was patient with us and our pool fence compliance requirements that needed to accommodate a very small courtyard backing onto a glass wall. We had a very tricky glass roof panel that had been broken - Tom took the time to really investigate the problem and do research to find a piece of specialised glass that would be a good match with the other existing panels.
