Sam provided exceptional service when our café’s glass door was damaged by the wind. He came after hours to measure the door and even taped the crack for safety. The next morning at 9am, he promptly replaced the glass. Not only was his response fast, but his prices were also very reasonable. We’re so grateful for his professionalism and quick turnaround. I wish there were 6-stars. Cannot recommend Mitre Glass and Aluminium and Sam enough. There was about 8 business days between emailing, getting a measure & quote, and installation. Price was extremely competitive and most importantly the window is high quality and absolutely perfect. Sam went out of his way to make it work with our old double hung window. We will be back for more windows.
