We actually wanted to select all of the options. The only improvement would be to allow more time per booking as ours was 57 year old glass and putty, so took a longer time to remove and prepare. It was like cement!! Our lovely young Scottish tradesman was very polite, efficient and did a great job with a very difficult old window. He was very thorough and cleaned up before leaving.
