Excellent service from Martin! I was having issues with my garage door not fully closing. I contacted several businesses in Thomastown for quotes, and all of them told me I needed to replace the entire door and motor. Martin came out to inspect the problem and, based on his experience, immediately identified that only the motor needed replacing. I was initially doubtful since everyone else had advised a full replacement, but Martin reassured me and said that if it didn’t work, he would sort it out. He arrived fully prepared with all the necessary tools, handled every obstacle with ease, and completed the job very quickly. Despite being on holiday and on a scorching 40°C day, he still made the time to help, understanding how important it is to have a secure, fully closing garage door. Martin clearly values helping customers over simply making money. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Martin came out and helped us out with replacing an old motor and service of our outdoor roller door. He never tried to up-sell us, he was clear with his communication, his pricing is excellent and our 35 year old roller door now works like brand new. And the new motor is so much better than the last one. I'd give 6 stars if I could.
