One of the best customer service experiences we have had! Garage door partially open -unable to be put up or down - late Sunday evening! One phone call and within a specified time the crew from BetaDoors arrived. There were a few problems to fix and they diligently solved all the problems. Felt totally confident we got an honest assessment of what needed to be fixed and that the costing was reasonable. Will certainly use them again to ensure garage door is serviced regularly to avoid future problems.

Iraj was great to deal with from start to finish. When our garage door suddenly had a grinding noise and stopped moving we thought it was a motor issue Iraj went through a few steps over the phone to help troubleshoot, thanks to his guidance, we figured out that the motor need to be replaced. He came out shortly and carefully went through all aspects of the motor, driver and the door etc patiently and efficiently. He quickly found out there’s no problem with the motor only a minor adjustment needed to be fixed where he professionally fixed the issue with in no time. Couldn’t be happier, he also did a thorough check on the door and the motor and did a thorough cleaning He took the time to walk us through how everything works and explaining how to clean hinges etc. Our remote control door nearly 30yrs old Iraj was the first technician explained the concept of the different motors and answered all questions. Iraj was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout. He also very polite, patient and trustworthy. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, modern garage door repairs or upgrades.
