I honestly can’t speak highly enough of Masoud from VIP Garage Doors. From the very first time he promptly came out to my home to go through my requirements in detail, I could tell I was dealing with a true professional. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and carefully explained how the job would be executed. He was always punctual, reliable, and respectful of my time. Being in the manufacturing industry myself, I pay close attention to workmanship and detail — and Masoud’s attention to detail is outstanding. I found myself quietly observing his work and genuinely admiring his approach. He doesn’t rush like many other tradies; instead, he gives the job the time, care, and undivided attention it deserves to achieve a perfect outcome — which he absolutely delivered. For context, my project involved converting a standard open carport into a fully functional garage setup. The works included installing galvanised posts to support the door rails, cladding them with Colorbond sheets to seamlessly match the exterior of my home, and installing a WiFi-enabled door opener motor that can be controlled from your phone (with plenty of great features). After being given the run around from another provider, we found VIP Garage Doors online. Masoud was very prompt and came out to assess our garage door the day we called him which was a big relief. After discussing our options we organised a day for Masoud to complete the necessary work. He was very professional, clear and up front with the cost and the work he was doing. Wind blew our garage door out of its tracks. Masoud called back promptly, roughly what time his present job would be done, & texted ahead of arrival. Got it back in working order quickly & was really forthcoming about maintenance & even went the extra yard to try to fix a squeak that I hadn't even noticed. This was well past 10pm on a 42-degree day, Masoud was all smiles. Competent, communicate well, very reasonably priced & so easy & pleasant to deal with. If only all trades were like this!
