I highly recommend Ralph from Alvanley Flooring. He recently installed laminate flooring in my home and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, he was extremely pleasant to communicate with, always respectful, polite and professional. Ralph worked efficiently and was happy to answer every question I had, no matter how small or complex. He truly went above and beyond to resolve a query that came up during the process, demonstrating both his expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction. He was also very flexible in scheduling his work to ensure the flooring installation was completed smoothly and on time. Overall, a fantastic service and a great experience. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for high-quality flooring installation.

Ralph has done an amazing job installing our engineered hardwood floor throughout the living room, hallway and both bedrooms. He also levelled the floor to ensure a perfect finish on the flooring. No question is too difficult and he takes great pride in the end finish. He’s also very knowledgable on wood floors and left the job very tidy at the end. Would certainly recommend.

Ralph and Mike were brilliant not just with the incredible job they have done to bring our kitchen floor back to life but also the way they handled the whole job from start to finish. I very rarely write reviews but i just felt i had to on this occasion and have already recommended Ralph to several of our friends.
