It’s great to find a local Perth flooring company that genuinely connects with their customers. We had Blackbutt hybrid flooring installed in our Claremont apartment, and it has completely transformed the space. The product quality and overall service were excellent. Kal and the team were a pleasure to work with. They are experienced working within strata requirements and were very happy to provide supporting information. Their acoustic underlay is well above the strata standard. Communication was exceptional throughout, and the installation was efficient, clean and carried out with great respect for our home. I had multiple quotes to have new "wood look" flooring installed over my old tiles through my house. Even before I'd received the quotes I knew I wanted Kal's to do my floors. Having Kal out to measure and quote in person was great because he explained everything to me and gave me confidence in the process. His quote was completely reasonable. From the quote to the booking process and installation the communication was excellent. The team who installed the floors were happy, polite, respectful, and had average singing voices. I had some great chats with them throughout the day. They were efficient and had the entire job completed by 4.30pm. Kal’s team recently replaced all the flooring and lots of skirting boards , with stunning looking 9mm hybrid Blackbutt flooring. I shopped around and got four quotes, Kal was by far the cheapest and most responsive in supplying a detailed quote. His install team turned up when they said they would, left no mess and paid an extremely high attention to detail. I couldn’t be happier with the end result and highly recommend them over the big chain stores.

Kal’s team recently redid the skirting boards for our new home. Even though I had contacted him with a tight timeframe, he managed to do the job far sooner than I had expected! Him and his team went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done soon, resulting in our home being ready in 7 days instead of 10. He has very responsive and reliable communication, his team was there on time, and left the house clean and tidy. We removed our skirting boards ourselves and even though we made a mess of the walls, he provided us with pointers on which walls to fix ourselves. Despite our self-imposed wall damage, his skirting board job is impeccable. We are so grateful for his service and expertise.
