Nothing was ever “too hard” and no question was ever “too silly.” They even came out twice to do test patches and talk through my options, and it was never any trouble for them. Due to delays with my build, I had to put them off for months after agreeing to the job, but they were endlessly patient and understanding throughout. Honestly, they have been the only truly positive part of my building process so far! The finished floors are exactly what I had hoped for; absolutely perfect. Andrew came and did a patch test, he was also extremely helpful and advised the best course of action with my exposure. Communication was prompt and professional. The team came when they said.
