Alias was a pleasure to work with. He installed 2 driveway gates (one automatic opening and one manual sliding) promptly. My auto gate had an ongoing issue and finally broke and would not fully open on a Friday afternoon so did not know who would be able to fix it especially being Friday, however I got put through to Alias who came out an hour later to check the gate, he said he would check if he had the part at his factory and if he did would fix it asap. He went back and told me he had it and came back the next morning and fixed the gate quickly so very happy with the work, efficiency and peace of mind
