Mark is very good at what he does. Job took a bit longer than expected but the quality at the end was worth it. Priced very reasonable compared to his competitor.

Recently, Northbriz installed a fence on our property, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team were easy to talk to and incredibly knowledgeable yet were happy to take the time to listen to our cocnerns, provided recommendations, and communicated clearly throughout the process. The fence built was extremely straight and well constructed despite site challenges and the uneven slope of the property, they managed to deliver a visually excellent fence line elevation. We highly recommend Northbriz Fencing to anyone looking for a professional and reliable fencing contractor.

Mark worked tirelessly to ensure our new wooden paling fence was exactly what we needed. A miscommunication between my husband and I was quickly fixed by Mark's amenable nature and ability to make changes mid job. We are eternally grateful for his skill, his kindness and the beautiful fence we now have.

Frequently asked questions

How much do fencers typically charge?
Fencing costs vary considerably depending on fence type, length, materials, site conditions and whether existing fencing must be removed. Simple repairs or short runs of standard post-and-paling or Colourbond typically cost less than full replacements or jobs on difficult ground. The page shows live pricing for common fencing jobs, and quotes usually include a call-out fee plus labour and materials, with after-hours work attracting higher rates.
Do fencers charge call-out fees?
Many fencers charge a call-out fee to attend and assess the job, particularly for small or diagnostic visits. This fee is generally separate from hourly labour and materials and may be credited against the job total. Confirm whether a call-out fee applies when you request a quote.
When do fencers need a licence?
Fencing work may require registration or a contractor licence in some states and territories; requirements vary by jurisdiction. Jobs that affect safety or involve pool fencing, structural posts or significant replacement work are examples that may trigger registration. Where applicable, look for a valid state contractor licence, ABN with GST, current public liability insurance, industry association membership (for example FIAA) and a White Card.
How do I get a quote from Northbriz Fencing?
