The team at DNA fencing did an exceptional job with The installation of aluminium fencing to our sandstone retaining wall. I had followed up multiple companies for quotes for our fencing project. Darron was by far the most client focused, easy-going and reliable of all of the companies I dealt with. Darron’s communication from coming out to quote, manufacture of panels and installation of our custom fencing was exceptional and I felt kept in the loop at all times. The great service didn’t stop there. His installation team were on time, polite and extremely helpful too. Before I had even noticed they had identified a panel incorrectly made and had already taken steps to have it remade over the weekend and reinstalled on Monday. Not once did I have to follow up this remake, it was done and installed without any issue. I also found Jane in accounts to be extremely helpful in making sure the invoices were clear, received in a timely manner and we were not chased up while waiting for the panel replacement. 2 Fence Jobs, 1 Fencer, 1 Very Impressed Customer Darron and the team at DNA fencing have been amazing to work with. Professional, responsive, understanding & flexible. DNA fencing had been employed to install two fences around my property. First was a custom made, variable thickness aluminium vertical slate design around the front (20M), and second was to replace an existing shared wooden pale fence with Colourbond (25M). The Colourbond fence was completed within 3 days - existing fence removed, new posts put in and we ran into a small issue (straight fence - curved boundary). Darron was able to rapidly arrive to the site to address the small issue with the team. After some discussions, the DNA team and myself came to a mutually acceptable solution. Panels were placed in and job was complete - both myself and my neighbour were very impressed with the new shared fence. The second job with the front aluminium fence, took longer. Core-drilling for posts occurred in late-Feb, and we were hit with (very understandable) delays. Rain, the Brisbane-2022 floods (1030mm in my area) followed by an inundation of insurance claims resulted in delays to the project. I had made it clear to Darron and team - that I was in no rush to complete this job, (and there would of been many other people who needed fences given the tragedies of the floods). Fast forward a month, the fantastic job, customed design aluminium slats, powder coated with exceptional craftsmanship, was complete. Late March the job was complete and I have been very impressed with the DNA team throughout the whole process. Although there were delays, the team kept me informed each week. At the same time, I was in no rush to complete the job. I have already recommended DNA fencing to friends - and would recommend DNA fencing to all.
