Daniel (owner of AAA air conditioning) was great to deal with. No pushy up selling, range of options and very reasonable pricing. He was the best value from the 6 quotes I obtained and the best to deal with. Ive had the system for 4 months so far and it's been absolutely perfect. I checked with a few small businesses and larger groups as I wanted ducted reverse cycle air conditioning but had no idea what size unit I'd need for my home and requirements. Daniel provided a range of makes and model options and was the most accommodating and easy to deal with. Most other quotes were rigid on install date and system layout. Daniel came home once, measured up and looked at spaces. He spoke to me about requirements and possible options based on my needs now and into the future. Emailed me a list of 4 options. I chose a 16kw Samsung unit, 6 zones, 9 outlets with air touch. A few days later Daniel contacted me to book an install date. He arrived at 7am on the day like he stated and brought all the equipment. Small crew of 3 people. Daniel, a young apprentice and vent/duct specialist. Took 6 to 7 hours to complete installation, test and clean up. Workmanship of install was excellent. Clean, methodical and efficient. No over cuts, finger prints or residual dust anywhere. Have already recommended him to few people and will continue to do so.

Couldn’t recommend AAA enough. Came and replaced my evaporative unit as quickly as they could in their peak busy period. Did a terrific job with high end finishes and provided great customer service post install.

Excellent service. Daniel was very professional and friendly and obviously knows his trade inside and out. Our ducted air conditioning system gave up the ghost a couple of weeks before Xmas. He said the new one would be installed before Xmas and he was true to his word. Would highly recommend as a business you could trust.

Daniel, from AAA Airconditioning and Electrical, has looked after our domestic aircon since the house was built. And we recently had him install a split-system unit in our fourth bedroom. Daniel is always polite, friendly, and efficient. He turns up when he says he will, and offers no-nonsense advice when asked. Most importantly, he’s very knowledgeable, so I know our aircon system is in safe hands. I’ve wholeheartedly recommended Daniel to a few neighbours and local friends.
