West Wise Electrical were outstanding from start to finish. They installed a new power point, a batten light, and an outdoor floor light for us, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Their booking system was super easy to use, they were punctual, and the communication was clear with pricing explained upfront. The turnaround time was great too — only a few days from booking to getting the job done. On site they were polite, friendly, flexible, and clearly very skilled. They worked efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. Everything was done to a really high standard. West Wise Electrical? More like Best in the West Electrical. Highly recommend.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Phillip. Our smoke alarm decided to chirp incessantly in the middle of the night, disrupting our sleep and peace of mind. I contacted Phillip the next day around 1 pm, and to my surprise, he arrived within just 25 minutes. Phillip's kindness and promptness are truly commendable. In a world where many prioritize dollars over humanity, encountering someone like Phillip is a rare gem. His professionalism, coupled with genuine concern for his customers, sets him apart. I highly recommend Phillip's services to anyone in need of reliable and compassionate assistance.

I have had a wonderful experience dealing with Phil these past few weeks. In all my dealings he has been very helpful, informative and professional - no job is too small or too big. Not surprisingly all the works have been completed to a very high quality as well. I wouldn’t look any further than West Wise Electrical if you need a ‘sparky.’
