The Moncreiff electricians arrived on time and well organised too. We didn’t have a particular lead..no problems..the boys made one for our tv install. And left our home spic n span too. Even took our packaging. Thankyou boys yet again. We always use Moncrieffs. Reliable courteous professional and clean.

Fantastic service. I had ducted heating,solar panels, a security system and a heat pump installed. The Moncrieff team handled it all and provided immediate back up service call when I had a couple of problems. They came there within hours or an appointment made. They always messaged me with the exact time they would arrive. The phone was always answered by competent, helpful and very understanding receptionists. We were looking at having a Heat Pump Hot Water System installed, out of all the businesses we approached for quotes. Paul at Moncrieff Electrical was only one of two who actually come to us to view the job. The other businesses just told us to send photo's of our existing hot water service and gave us quotes from the photo's. When Paul came out he was happy to explain the differences between the different types of systems on the market. He was not just trying to sell us any System to do the job but the best one for our family requirements. He emailed us a quote the same day for the system we had settled on. When we accepted this quote he gave a firm time and date to do the job. He turned up on time, carried out the work required and left no mess behind. He then processed to help us set up our phone apps for the system we selected. Nothing seemed to much trouble to him and we would highly recommend him. Paul & Jenny

They've maintained our solar, air-conditioning and kitchen installations, always sending friendly and completely competent operators to do the work.
