Our hot water service failed to the ablutions block as 30 campers were about to begin using the facility. Stuart from Soart arrived within 45 min of our phone conversation found the problem and had the required new relay on board, installed, tested and running in a record breaking 30 mins. Stuart performed a thorough service and clean of my Split System Heating Unit. This 20-year-old unit has gone from a “just doing the job” status, to a sparkling clean, dust and musty smell free and efficient heating, certainly running hotter than it was.
