After being left stuck with a water leak and another contractor not turning up, it was such a relief to have a plumber who actually showed up and got the job sorted. From the moment they arrived they were incredibly understanding, professional and reliable. They took the time to explain what was happening, fixed the issue efficiently, and were genuinely lovely to deal with throughout the whole process. It’s rare to find someone who combines great workmanship with such a calm and friendly approach and ethics! The technicians who attended were polite and professional, and they completed the work well. I just wanted to mention a small point for future visits. After the work, there were some dusty marks and handprints left around the ceiling heating/cooling area, and some footprints in the house from shoes being worn inside. The house had been cleaned beforehand, so we noticed this. Overall, we were happy with the service and appreciate the work done.

Recently used Gen Z Trade Group for electrical safety checks and compliance to minimum standards, and I am highly impressed with their professionalism. The work was completed to an exceptional standard, and I would certainly recommend their services to others.

Ben and Jonny were great. Ben is the director, and he spent over half an hour giving me advice about how I could upgrade my lights in my kitchen, family room and garage. He recommended I consider a linear pendant light and im glad I took his advice. Johnny was the installer and he did it the whole thing in about 5-6 hours. I had 10 downlights installed and 4 batten lights installed altogether. Very happy with the result.

Ben was great to deal with. Excellent communication throughout. We had 2 new down lights added to the kitchen. He advised the original ones put in were on a dimmer setting and turned those up for us too. Upon arrival told us exactly what he was doing and was done in good time. Highly recommended and wouldn't hesitate to hire again.
