oh wow what can I say apart from they're absolutely 💯 wonderful from start to finish i was kept in a loop and before we signed anything my million questions were answered within 24hrs there was no pressure except helpful information. Cyann was our first point of contact and she won us over immediately then came Mark in the picture absolutely worth his weight in gold super patient and extremely knowledgeable i was sold there was absolutely no question in my mind they were the right ppl and the price was THE BEST no rip offs. We just had it installed and cant thank the team who installed it very professional especially the two young apprentices i have never seen anyone work so hard especially tall lad he is a assest to you last but not least after completion we received an email from Phillip and im just speechless such a kind wonderful email to sign off as complete. Couldn't be happier with our solar system. Everyone we dealt with at Thomas electrical was professional friendly and efficient. It felt like we were dealing with a family business and everyone seemed to go that extra mile to ensure the best outcome. Marks advice was the best of any of the four companies we got quotes from and the workmanship of the four installers was faultless....and I'm pretty fussy ! Cyann in the office was always happy and friendly. Looking forward to no longer getting $1700 power bills !

Thomas Electrical were great to deal with from start to finish. They always answered the questions I had regarding the battery install. If they were busy on the phone the call was always returned. The installation was seamless and completed in a day, my house was left clean and tidy even taking the old system away. I would recommend and already have recommended Thomas Electrical to others

Incredible customer service! I called today because I was having issues with my solar power system, and the wonderful Cyann ran through trouble-shooting procedures with me over the phone, at no charge! I am blown away that a business would do this, I would have willingly paid for an electrician to attend my house to sort out the problem, even though, as it turns out, it wasn’t necessary. How lovely to experience genuine help, rather than trying just to make a buck. I will totally be calllng Thomas Electrical for any electrical job that I need doing moving forward. Bravo 👏🏻
