A fantastic install. The advice from Amir (Electrical Engineer) was first class. I researched several providers and Level Electrical presented the best options (3 of) to suit our 4-person/4-bed home. The tradies that did the install were very professionals and left the site neat, tidy and included full handover information. It has only been a week, but we have not used any power from the grid since the battery (32kW) was full (next day), amazing. The App is so easy. Highly recommended installers.

Recently had a sigenergy solar and battery system installed at our off grid property in the Gold Coast Hinterland. Exceptional service from start to finish. Process started with Amir who assisted in selecting the right system for our needs, he’s a wealth of knowledge and was available to chat and assist with any questions I had throughout the whole process. Next up was the install, led by Brent the install team were a great bunch, got in and knocked out the job beyond our expectations. Genuinely satisfying experience from start to finish. Would happily recommend Level electrical to anyone and everyone.

After consulting with a number or reputable companies we were extremely happy we chose Level Electrical and Solar. From the very first consultation with Nick who was incredibly thorough and patient helping us to grasp all the minute details required to make optimal decisions, right through to the installation team. The price was very competitive, the installation was timely, the user instructions were clear, service was great and most of all the after sales support has been excellent and we would not hesitate to highly recommend the team at Level Electrical and Solar.

I have waited a few months to give a review, as we wanted to understand the system once installed. First off, let me say the service, and explanations from the team has been fantastic from the first call. Dave came around and we discussed size of battery and his recommendation seems to be correct after having it in action for 5 months. The team also installed additional solar panels to boost the system and we are very happy with the result. The crew for the install were polite and efficient and I can't fault them. We are more than happy with the system and I must admit I still spend time regularly checking the usage through the app that updates every 10 minutes. Would I recommend Level Electrical and Solar....Absolutely. No push, no hounding, just good information, quality service and a great result.

Excellent experience from start to finish (and even after that). I was surprised at the google reviews this company have, but had a friend that had a good experience so went with them for my complete solar upgrade and battery installation. We've had great service, support, and new where we at during the whole process. I've verbally recommended and others have already purchased who also had a good experience. I highly recommend.
