Difference: only one who insisted on face to face site view in order to understand requirements, did not ask for a deposit. Educated & managed our expectations in order to find best solution. Managed our delivery expectations at every step . Team courteous, left premises spotless every work day. Managed third party relationship. Post implementation education.
