I called JayZee Electrical about my washing machine not working properly and spoke to Jason. Although he couldn’t come out until later in the afternoon, he took the time to help me troubleshoot the issue over the phone. He talked me through what to check, identified the problem, and explained it was a simple fix I could do myself. He even told me exactly what part to order and where to get it online. He easily could have charged for a call-out just to diagnose it, but instead genuinely helped me sort it out myself. Really appreciate the honest, down-to-earth service. Not many businesses take the time to help like that these days. Highly recommend.

It was a pleasure having these guys put my air con in not a speck of dirt or dust left behind and Jason and appreciate full of smiles thank you both and not forgetting Robyn in office behind the scenes doing a wonderful job 👏👏👏👍

We called JayZee as we had an electrical issue with our caravan. Jason was very prompt to come out to us at a caravan park & he sorted out our problem quick smart. Jason is such a nice & friendly young guy with a big smile & we would definitely recommend him! Thanks so much Jason!

Good communication, came on time and did a good job. Blake fitted a couple of new lights for us, installed an external power socket, and gave some good advice on future work we need to do. Very happy and will use again. Thank you.

Had 2 of the employees, Steven & Blake ( hope i got this right bosys) come out on an emergency call out. Quick reply, sorted quickly, easy to speak to. They even helped with what I needed to relay to Ergon. 5 * Lads
