If you are looking for solar, I would easily recommend JNT Electrical. They were quick to respond to the call for a quote and worked with us to help decide what system worked best for us. Their communication around dates and times of the work was greatly appreciated. Everyone we had contact with were very friendly, which helped make the experience enjoyable. They went above and beyond as our electrical box was in more of a mess than originally anticipated, keeping us updated as the work was carried out. They also made the process of getting a green loan very easy, so if you need options then they have them. An awesome family owned Gladstone business.

JNT were top shelf players. Fantastic customer service and support. The guys did a fabulous job installing new solar and battery system for our home. We had Ergon come in to finish the connection to the grid and they were very happy with all of the work. If you want a job done right the first time see JNT.

This is the second time I have had JNT install a solar system for my home, I was very impressed both times when contacting Dan and getting him to quote up a suitable system,I was well informed with all the information and also was given options should we choose to upgrade. Not only did Dan, the lovely owner of the Company, come on the same day that we contacted him to see the solar system upgrade job that we needed, but he also then spent a considerable amount of time with us explaining every aspect of the job in great detail. Moreover, his obviously very extensive knowledge and expertise in his field enabled him to give us a ballpark quote on the spot – which then proved to be 100% accurate when we received the written quote. And after we accepted it, he immediately scheduled our job to be done within a couple of weeks – not months like the other solar companies we had contacted ! Then when his team of wonderful guys came to do the job, even though it was an absolute scorcher that day, they nevertheless remained cheerful and friendly all throughout the very demanding job, which they successfully completed within the predicted timeframe. Last but not least – and this is an absolute Godsend for us as fairly clueless 70 year-olds – Dan assured us of his continued after service, e.g., the monitoring of our system remotely, and being available to answer any questions we may have and/or to provide any information we may need about our solar system or our energy consumption. Big Thanks to Dan and the team for installing my new solar system , I was very happy to work with JNT it was a easy process and Dan is great as he had to work around my roster as it is 7/7 and I had to Reschedule several times due to me not having the roof painted and levelling the house , but he was awesome and understanding .
