From day one of contacting Troy at Reef Solar & Electrical, Troy seemed very honest and professional. No hard push to sign up a contract as I was still receiving other quotes. In the end I decided to sign up with Reef Solar & Electrical as the price was very competitive and Troy’s professionalism genuine attitude made me feel comfortable. Installation was completed over 2.5 days and all workers were very polite, tidy and punctual. On the roof we installed 20kw solar panels coupled with a 48kw Goodwe stack of six batteries with a ESA battery inverter. Any queries I had was promptly followed up by Troy and the team. Every step of the process has exceeded my expectations. Well done everyone at Reef Solar & Electrical you really did a great job while installing our solar and battery system. My solar system needed to be replaced so I decided to go with a local company this time. I was not disappointed as Troy and the team were professional and courteous answering any queries promptly and clearly. The install went without any hiccups and I was provided with a customised manual for the system. It has performed way better than expected with the 30kwh battery lasting throughout the night even with the bedroom AC going. In fact it is usually still around 60 percent by the time it's starts charging again come morning. Very happy with the install and Reef Solar

Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful with any questions or enquiry. Installation no issues. Installer was respectful, friendly, helpful and finished quite quickly. We feel confident knowing we have reliable backup power and a system that will support us for years. Had a great experience with Troy & the lads at Reef Solar & Electrical from start to finish. The team were a pleasure to deal with, super helpful, and always happy to answer questions along the way.
