I had Mathew the Electrician come out to my Unit this morning , to install a brand new Chef Upright Cook Top, he did a wonderful job, taking cupboards apart, looking for a way to feed the electrical cable in and through cupboards. It took a bit of time & effort but he managed to hook, wire, screw & drilled everything in place, then his other work mate came out & put a new outlet in my sub board. So happy with everything, just putting in the new racks into the oven, can't wait to start cooking. 🥧🧁🥮🥟🍕😋 Thankyou so much Integral Electrics Cairns, for your wonderful service and the quality of works that you all do as a team and as family. We had such a positive experience with Aaron when he installed our fans. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly and easy to talk to. He made us feel comfortable asking questions and explained everything so clearly and simply. Aaron is very knowledgeable and you can tell he really knows his trade. We've had Integral Electrics do a range of work at our new place and can't speak highly enough of them. Really flexible and quick, with reliable and friendly staff. A couple of our jobs have been at short notice and the team did everything they could do get them done in time for us to move in.

Had Integral Electrics replace my gate motor and they did an awesome job! They removed all the old parts, installed new heavy-duty wheels, track, and a D5 Smart gate motor — everything works perfectly. After finishing the main job, I asked last minute if they could also install a keypad that wasn’t originally quoted for, and Jamie was more than happy to help and got it done quickly. Super professional, great communication, and really easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

Every employee we’ve liaised with while having work done at our property has been lovely to deal with. They’re professional, knowledgeable and genuinely down to earth. They’re also extremely responsive, which is a massive bonus and the reason we’ll continue to use them moving forward.

Kev and his Team were so efficient. We were struggling in this heat when the aircon stopped. I called Integral Electrics and we had a new aircon in within a week! Very reasonably priced and friendly customer focussed service! They are my go to now!
