What started with a quote out of curiosity very quickly turned into actioning and having a professionally installed solar system within a few weeks. Ryan helped us out with two tailored quote options and was positively responsive to any questions we had. Once we chose the quote, we were walked through a finance process with their in-house broker 28Watt and had our green loan settled within a few days. The installing team arrived on time and maintained professional conduct throughout the whole install and communicated with us through the whole process to ensure we were happy with panel layout, inverter placement and battery placement. It only took the team 4 hours to knock over the whole install and it was done with absolute care to the equipment and our home and not a scrap of mess left behind. They even swept out my garage at the end! Can’t thank you all enough for such a professional experience from first contact right through to execution of install and still reaping the benefits with after sale customer care. Can’t recommend enough, thanks guys!

We just had East Coast Electrical and Solar install air conditioners and solar and can't recommend them highly enough. We really wanted our solar to be installed on our new shed roof rather than our highset house roof, and they were the only ones to say it could be done. Right from when Ryan came and inspected our place and advised on our solar and aircon installations we felt confident in the ability of the company to do a great job. Ryan had excellent knowledge of the systems he was proposing, he wasn't just a salesperson! The prices quoted were very competitive and we were getting the installation we wanted. We accepted the quotes mid December and were advised the install would be in mid February with a site visit by the electrician the week before. It was great to have the opportunity to talk to the electrician about the details of the install. The team turned up on the exact day they said they would and started the job. Harry and Darcy were brilliant and were joined by Beau later in the week. They talked to us throughout the install and made sure everything was clean and tidy before they left each day. We couldn't be happier with the aircon install Harry designed. It is neat and unobtrusive on our weatherboard house. We can't recommend this local company and their great team highly enough.

Outstanding Solar and Battery Installation!! We recently had a solar and battery system installed, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. The installation itself was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard, with great respect for our property. All work areas were left clean and tidy, and the system was fully tested and commissioned before handover. Since installation, the system has been performing exactly as promised, reducing our energy costs to $0.00!!!!!! We had east coast electrical install a solar system with batteries. The whole process from quote to installation was impeccable. The tradies that attended the property were polite and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and talked through how the system worked. We were so happy with the service they provided we have now booked them to do another solar battery system on our second house and also do all the electrical work for our pool installation.
