This company have gone above and beyond to wrangle with a very difficult situation around our air-conditioner. They were easy to access and were highly responsive to our questions. They went, annd I will say it agained, above and beyond in terms of their service to our AirBNB. Shari has delivered exceptional customer service despite running into some adversity with the supplier. The technician has worked outside of our working hours to service our air-conditioner on. Several occasions and also has gone above and beyond! I would recommend the service to anyone *without hesitation*. Thank you Hervey Bay Air. Very timely and well priced quote (Paul) and professional installation (Rowan) and liaison Shari (hope I spelt that correct). Unlike some tradies, these guys clean up after the job. Top floor install and unit size is perfect with smarts (NXT). I can now get the aircon cooling down while we are out :-)
