Very responsive - had a new aircon installed within the same week that I made first enquiry. Impressed with how open Steven was to discussing pros and cons on repair vs replacement, and then pros and cons of different units when it came to deciding which brand to replace with. I never felt like I was being pushed to one option over the other. Technician on day was great - got here on time, professional and did a really good job.
