recently hired Oztech sparks to install a new camera and alarm system in my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of work. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly how to use the system once it was installed. The wiring was done neatly, the equipment was set up perfectly, and they even took the time to test everything to make sure it was working flawlessly. What stood out the most was their professionalism and attention to detail. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced in security system installations. My experience with Oztech was nothing short of amazing. Chris, our main installer, was always professional, polite, helpful and thoughtful with the entire process. I had outdoor lights, dimmer switches and a security system installed. Oztech Sparks services have been second to none. One can rest assured that they have got you. The initial meeting with Patrick went very well exploring options. Chris came on board for the installation and took ownership of the whole project and did a wonderful job. He was ably assisted by Ryan for the security system though he’s a one man army by himself. Results: the outdoor lights look amazing, a well thought through layout by the Patrick and Chris indeed made such a difference. The dimmer lights : both downlights and individual pendants look magical; the icing on the cake is the ability to have full control of the intensity via their Pixie app while indoors, couldn’t ask for more. The security cameras - strategically installed in the right spots - are next level! The door strike is super cool. They are a highly skilled team, responsive and make the right recommendations so being a novice I have been looking up to them, confident of being in good hands. They were more than open to additional sparky tasks too that really needed to be done, though not originally planned. Excellent can do attitude thru and thru, it’s no wonder they have such good Google reviews. Highly recommended!!

WOW! We recently had a new alarm installed,along with fans and extra power points, lights and a few other jobs around our home. From my very first phone call to the office, to meeting Patrick and his team,and through to the completion of the work , the entire experience was OUTSTANDING. This is a company others should aspire to. We never once had to follow up on anything. Patrick listened carefully to our requirements and delivered exactly what he promised.His team, Chris and the others were unbelievable. The workmanship was exceptional,there was no mess left behind, and all work areas were kept safe,tidy and presented perfectly. They also helped set up our security cameras on both our TV and mobiles, explaining everything clearly and making it easy for us to use. To top it off, they followed up the very next day.
