Vince and his team did an outstanding job installing a multi-head split system in my apartment today. Being on the top floor, my bedrooms are now perfectly cool even when the temperature outside reaches 40 degrees. The entire process was absolutely pleasant and seamless from start to finish. During the onsite inspections, Vince provided me with multiple options, which made it easy to secure strata approval without any issues. In addition, Maylee from the office was extremely helpful — she explained the differences between various brands and their warranty conditions, enabling me to choose the best solution with confidence. Their pricing is excellent, comparable to leading online wholesalers, and the installation costs are very reasonable.
