I recently engaged K5 Electricial for a few electrical jobs. I dealt with Arran who also completed the jobs. I found Arran to have exceptional communication skills. He was in constant communication from the beginning of the process to the end. He ensured I understood what was required to complete the jobs, which were completed within the provided timeframe and quote. My place was left clean and tidy with all rubbish/dirt removed and no damage. I was extremely impressed with Arran's professionalism and expertise. The jobs were completed to a very high standard. Arran was more than capable and happy to answer to all of my questions and even provided advice. I definitely would recommend K5 Electricial and will use them in the future if required.

I paid what i was quoted on, without any surprises He was communicative, punctual and thorough from the time I sent the first email, to finishing the job. Arran was a pleasure to work with. He helped us to design lighting that is more energy efficient and modern and as a result we had him replace every light in our house, instal fans, and modernise our house. He was a great communicator, was punctual, and even helped out in a first aid emergency! He was tidy, thorough and did a fantastic job. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
