We have been very pleased with the workmanship, communication & consideration of the HOTT team led by James. The boys on the roof replaced broken tiles & were very thorough when cleaning up at the end of the day. James was very detailed in his explanation to us of what he was doing without making it sound to complex. He was very meticulous in his work & made our electrical box up to date, safety wise, & very tidy for any future work. James made sure that we understood that if the was any problems the HOTT team would be readily available to solve any problems. Great after sale service.

Amazing service and professionalism. Turned up on time and was blown away by the texts at 0630 saying the crew were on the way. 7 people turned up for the install. Very polite and tidy. HOTT recommended an improved set up for the battery and inverter. Couldn't rate these guys highly enough. Even got photos of the completed job. I've been in the property game for 35 years and these guys blew me away.

Exceptional service today from Matt and Baxter. They very quickly completed the installation of an air conditioning unit in our granny flat. Matt suggested updating our very old fuses in the switchboard for safety reasons and thank goodness he did, changing them identified a potentially harmful fault with our oven. Extremely happy with their service and attention to detail. Strongly recommend them.

Great experience with the team from the quote through installation and afterwards. James provided lots of information on potential options and answered all the questions about the quote afterwards. Once I signed up, communication was very clear. Team was very punctunal, took a lot of care in what they were doing and were thorough in checking everything was safe and working before tidying up and leaving the site as they found it. Good follow up to check it was all okay afterwards as well. Would recommend.

We have had a range of work done by HOTT recently and this has been done very professionally. Leading up to this they have been very helpful answering questions about the products to be installed. Jarvis installed an induction cooktop, Energy Management System and upgraded our switchboard. Tyson great job installing 2 AC systems. Matt in the Solar Team has been very helpful in advising on batteries and inverter. Dylan, Lachlan and Baxter did a great job installing these. Great customer service all round.

HOTT Electrics have just finished installing our solar system. From the recommendation by Reagan, to Matt providing us with all the options and finally Dylan, James and their crews who completed the installation. It was pretty hot today and would have been challenging, but their work ethic was admirable. A big shout out to Lachie too who had to go into the roof and crawl around. I would highly recommend HOTT Electrics if you were considering a solar installation.
