Was up-front about his availability, even being able to get to our house quicker because of a cancellation! He was prompt to arrive, friendly and took the time to really understand the job and make sure that we we're satisfied with the end result. He left the site clean and tidy. Couldn't be happier with the service. He even went above and beyond to check our smoke alarm in the house to find out that it was out of date and replaced that on the spot. Dan came to our place, crawled under the house, inside the roof between dead rats to investigate, find and fixed falty wiring.
