Jason from Pacific Air and Electrical did outstanding work on our home's electrical upgrade and air conditioning installation. He installed new outlets and switches, completely upgraded our main and ensuite bathroom lighting/electrical, repaired our main switchboard, and supplied and installed a Daikin 14kw ducted air conditioner with 8 outlets and 4 zones. Jason was thoroughly professional throughout - providing detailed estimates, explaining timelines clearly, and keeping us informed at every step. His work quality is excellent, he maintained a clean worksite, and disposed of all materials properly. He completed everything on schedule and left our home spotless. Highly recommend Jason for any electrical or air conditioning work. Great communication, fair pricing, and top-quality results. We'll definitely use Pacific Air and Electrical again for future projects.

Enquired about getting a aircon service and Jason slotted me in the next day. Told him I knew little about operating it as it was installed by previous owners and couldn't be sure when it was last serviced. He checked the unit inside and out, advised it was running fine, showed me how to remove the filters and replaced them once cleaned; also showed me best and most efficient use of the remote. Was there a good 15 mins, or possibly longer yet insisted on not accepting any payment! How to get a customer for life. 😊 Thanks again Jason, when the time comes I won't be going anywhere else.
