Fantastic service. My main switchboard was arcing and breakers melted. They attended in 30 minutes and made safe giving us lights and power for the night, then arrived on time the next day to rebuild board. All done by 3pm. Adam was amazing, happy to explain what he was doing AND he took all the damaged parts away for disposal and cleaned up. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

We recently had Luke out to do some electrical work for us and couldn’t be happier with the service. He quickly identified and fixed all of the faults, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process stress-free. Luke was extremely efficient, professional, and friendly, and he even cleaned up thoroughly once the job was finished — which we really appreciated. Highly recommend Luke to anyone needing a reliable and skilled electrician. We’ll definitely be using him again!

What a great team! Max and Jayden thank you so much for all your help and hard work. This team was professional from the moment they arrived, everything was explained clearly (including the quote) and they worked hard to get the job done. When a small issue popped up afterwards, Max came straight back without any hesitation and resolved it immediately. I cannot thank Max and Jayden enough - absolute legends! Highly recommend!

Thank you to Dylan and his apprentice from Back’s Electrical for the work done at my AirBNB property. I’ve used them a number of times and they’re always clear and on time with the booking. Dylan was great to work with. Very open and communicative throughout the entire job. Engaged well with me, offered great customer service and understood my requirements clearly. Both technicians were efficient, helpful and went above and beyond to get the jobs done. I would highly recommend Dylan and his team. Thank you once again 🙏
