I asked Sam to give me a quote for a number of electrical jobs including installing a new oven, installing a ceiling fan and fitting an outdoor power point. He arrived when he said he would, which is always a good start. He was friendly, knowledgeable and personable and I received an itemised quote very quickly. I booked a date for the work. Sam arrived on time with his apprentice, Ewan. They got on with the jobs confidently and professionally and, when necessary, explained things or asked for my input. Sam and Ewan worked calmly and efficiently. They were respectful of my home and cleaned up after finishing the jobs. I can't recommend Sam highly enough and will definitely use him for any future electrical work.
