Update 30/07/2020 Maui and Jesse installed my security cam today. Excellent young blokes. Great attitude, well presented and efficient. Great job boys you are a credit to the company. 🤗 Tom and Simon installed a four point power point today. Very nice young fellows, great attitudes, well presented and efficient. They were very helpful in moving heavy microwave and putting it back. They left my kitchen so clean you would never know they were there except for the perfectly positioned, straight new power point! Nathan has been very professional to deal with and has always responded and followed up as promised. I requested a new heat lamp/fan to be installed in my bathroom and had a few issues with it turning off intermittently. Nathan was great and provided top notch service to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. Very efficient and reasonable, which are always qualities you look for with tradespeople.

The owner took my call on a Saturday and had me booked in for the next week. Maui and Jesse installed 2 new light fittings for me and replaced my old down lights. Really lovely young guys, very professional, they were on time and I highly recommend this business. Thanks.

Highly recommend - great communication, arrived on time, completed the work to a really high standard, very friendly and helpful, explained how to use the products and asked our preferred settings, cleaned up afterwards and reasonably priced. I was recommended Platinum Electrical by my dad, who'd had work done by Nathan and his team on 2 different houses. I called him up, made an appointment, but due to some miscommunication the first appointment unfortunately fell through. He then followed up with me the next day and came out to my house where he apologised profusely. He had a look over my electrical problem and then gave me an INCREDIBLE quote. This quote was a QUARTER of the price told to me by another electrical company. So of course I went ahead with Platinum Electrical. They got the job done for me within 3 hours, completely professional and at an amazing price. Would highly recommend him.

Nathan was an absolute star and helped my elderly step Dad who had been without power for over 24 hours. I rang at 8.30am on a Sunday morning and he was there within the hour, sorted it all out and checked around for him. Thank you so very much.
