Turned up on time, were very polite & friendly and were straight onto the job and worked for 4.5 hours straight! They cleaned up the areas they had worked in both inside & out. I was very impressed with their work ethic and politeness, There was no loud music, swearing or mess left behind. Would highly recommend Pure Electrical & Air.

I contacted Pure Electrical and Air on Wed 4th Mar as my split system aircon wasn't working. That afternoon Stephan came out to check the unit. Unfortunately the inverter had burnt out and due to it being 10+ yrs old there was no point replacing parts. Stephan gave us a quote then and there to install a new unit and by Fri 6th Mar lunchtime I was sitting in a cool house again. The guys removed the old unit and took it away and cleaned up thoroughly. I cannot thank you and the team enough for your fast and efficient service.
