I had a great experience with Geoff helping to quickly locate an underground cable fault in Hazelmere. Geoff was professional, friendly and experienced going above and beyond helping me dig up the conduit when he wasn’t asked to - he stayed for over 3 hours digging and gave great advice to a fellow electrical contractor helping me complete the job that much faster. I can’t recommend Powercare enough. It’s rare to find such high quality service and attention to detail. Geoff and Adam went above and beyond to install a 16kva generator switch system as well as ceiling fans, extractor fans and down lights at my home. They were friendly, highly professional and reliable. There were several big problems with the generator installation and I’m so glad they were on the job; they handled each issue as it came up, problem-solving until they found workable solutions. They also did everything they could to keep costs low for me, for which I am thoroughly grateful. There’s a good reason Powercare doesn’t advertise; their very happy customers ensure it’s not necessary. Thank you, it’s much appreciated.

Geoff came out on a public holiday, fixed my power. Did a great job. Has completely changed my opinion of electricians. I had two other quotes between $4000 and $8500. Geoff charged me $1100. Go straight to Powercare.

Absolutely amazing company to deal with. They've been part of our property set up and build, out in Serpentine since we bought our 12 acres in 2012. They've done the power run in, our stables and shed as well as our new house, that we've just owner built. Geoff came and offered advice on electrics in the house, ie best light and power point placements and brands. The staff are all wonderful, from the office to the electricians in the field. As a woman they are great to have around, completely trustworthy, with an excellent work ethic, and very good quality workmanship. They also tidy up after themselves. If a mistake happens, there is no question, it gets fixed., they stand by their work. Everyone involved with the business has integrity and we couldn't be more happy with the job. We wouldn't use any other electricians, for any work around the property

Good experience with this company. We've used them before (personally and professionally). Yesterday they came again to install some fans ... friendly team, who left no mess behind them. Oh, yes - the office ladies are always lovely to deal with.

Thanks Geoff, the job was perfectly executed. I rated them 4 stars just to keep them striving for perfection. PowerCare are committed to customers and aim for 100% satisfaction. My job could have costed upward of $700 however once Geoff scoped the true requirements he found the current cable run and RCD suitable for my needs. In other words he ‘could’ have made extra dollars for unnecessary work, however honesty and professionalism is their goal rather than sharking. I paid less than $200. Well done Geoff, thanks.
