Great experience from quotation to the final installation and handover. The team did an excellent job and everything works as described. I can see from the app that I have not used any grid electricity since the battery went in.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Chris is an Expert, he came and visited us and went through solar options, patiently answering my many many questions (and I had a lot). Kiara in the office was amazing fully explaining any questions re the application process Mark and the guys did a fantastic installation job- fast, polite and super friendly (only wished I’d had a box of beers on hand to give them) Highly recommend !!!!

I’ve relied on Klume 3 times, two of which was to install spit air conditioning. Each time, the comms from the admin team is great and the team that do the work are on time, tidy, consultative and excellent with their work. I would recommend Klume to friends and family with no hesitations.

I would recommend Kluem 10 times out of 10. They provided a solid on site quote, listened to what I wanted and recommended the best product to suite that need. The team were very responsive and patient with my many questions and lack of electrical knowledge. They helped me to understand and navigate the complicated state rebate scheme without compromising on sourcing the right product for my needs. They were on site installing within days of the approval and, while it has only been a month since install, I am extremely happy with it to date - it suites my need perfectly.
