I recently reached out to J&C for a quote to install my Tesla charger. I cannot fault their service, from the competitive quote they provided, to corresponding via text and email. The job was promptly scheduled in and I was advised that Noah would be my installer on the day. Noah arrived on time, he was professional, friendly and provided a quality result. The job was completed to a high standard and the area was left clean and tidy. Will definitely recommend J&C, and will be using them for any electrical work in future. Cheers guys!

J&C Electrical have been excellent to deal with from start to finish. The initial conversations were clear and professional, followed by prompt and accurate quoting. Communication throughout the project was a standout, with clear, responsive emails and informative updates that included scheduling and advance notifications. The onsite team were respectful and polite at all times, maintaining a professional site setup and demonstrating the ability to work efficiently around obstacles typical of a new build. Open discussions were encouraged, with practical suggestions provided to ensure optimal placement and functionality of all electrical components. The quality of workmanship and execution was of a high standard, complemented by excellent housekeeping throughout the project. I had a split system aircon installed. Two things stood out during my experience. The first was the pricing. Of all the 5 quotes I obtained, JC was the cheapest by a long shot. The next best quote was almost twice as much as JC’s. The other thing that stood out was their flexibility. I had a last minute request to have the unit outside mounted on brackets. The electricians were able to accommodate my request without any problems and the change to my bill was very reasonable. The electricians themselves just went quietly about their job and kept me in the loop of how it’s going, also helping me visualise what the installed aircon will look like as they went about the installation. So, a pretty positive and uneventful experience.
