We had two Victron 100/50 Solar Controllers and some rerouting of wiring done in our Zone Sojourn RV. Also shifted the Redarc Charger. Jacob was very professional and easy to communicate with, even had patience for all my questions. Also his work is very neat and we are fussy as our van is our home. I messaged Jacob the next day to clarify some things and he was more than patient, electricity in any form 240V or 12 V or Solar are confusing to me. We were having problems with the charging on our caravan from the vehicle. Jacob identified the problem over the phone while we were away in the north of WA. He has now replaced the 4WD charging cable with a heavier duty one to eliminate the voltage drop to the caravan. He has also added an external solar charging plug and cable for those times we are in a shady site with no power. All work looks well done. Thanks Jacob
