We had two Victron 100/50 Solar Controllers and some rerouting of wiring done in our Zone Sojourn RV. Also shifted the Redarc Charger. Jacob was very professional and easy to communicate with, even had patience for all my questions. Also his work is very neat and we are fussy as our van is our home. I messaged Jacob the next day to clarify some things and he was more than patient, electricity in any form 240V or 12 V or Solar are confusing to me. After conversing with Jacob I now have a rudimentary understanding. No hesitation in recommending Ace Off-Grid Electrics for all your needs. He is very reasonably priced as well. Thank you Jacob

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Ace Off-Grid Electrics! Jacob and Jake recently installed our Starlink dish, router, 3000W inverter, and four 240W lithium batteries in our caravan, along with solar panels, and the entire process was seamless. From our first chat to the final install, Jacob and Jake were professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs. They took the time to explain everything and ensured we understood how to use our new battery system. The install was completed promptly and adhered to the new government standards for lithium battery installations in caravans. We were also impressed by the quality of their workmanship. Our caravan is now fully equipped for off-grid adventures, and we can’t wait to hit the road with reliable internet and power! We highly recommend Ace Off-Grid Electrics to anyone looking to upgrade their off-grid systems. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

We were having problems with the charging on our caravan from the vehicle. Jacob identified the problem over the phone while we were away in the north of WA. He has now replaced the 4WD charging cable with a heavier duty one to eliminate the voltage drop to the caravan. He has also added an external solar charging plug and cable for those times we are in a shady site with no power. All work looks well done. Thanks Jacob
