I want to share the brilliant service I had from and the equally brilliant service I had with Fortis, and in particular with Caleb. I advertised in hipages looking to have an a split- system reverse cycle air conditioner installed at short notice. Caleb responded immediately to my request for help , and two days later the job was done! Caleb appeared on site exactly when expected and carried out the installation perfectly and without fuss. And left the site spotless at the conclusion of the job. At all times Caleb , from the first telephone contact, was friendly, articulate, professional, technically sound, & courteous. A technical person I felt I could leave at work in my home whilst I attended to other jobs away from home. Big thanks to Caleb and to Fortis for the great experience I had when I was under pressure .
