Debated the star rating for a bit. The electricians themselves do a great job, are prompt, make recommendations based on the work needing completing and get to it. We have no complaints whatsoever about the fans and exterior lights we wanted installed as well as repairs to faulty light switches. All completed and we are happy with the end result. Unfortunately the lady who deals with all the bookings is seriously letting this business down. It’s impossible to get through on the phone so have to communicate via email to make a booking/get a quote. Once initially responded to it takes up to a week with several unanswered voicemails and emails to receive a response and actually book in a date. Response was ‘we have space next week’ only for it to take until the next week to get a response to book in a date, and this is after paying a deposit to secure a booking against our quote. I was just about to email for a refund when we eventually got the job booked in and completed. Similar experience when we went to rebook a second job to complete unfinished follow up from first job. Energy First electrical it’s time to get a new administration assistant or get her some serious training in how to communicate more promptly with potential and repeat clients.

I recently had these guys out to change some power points in my laundry. Great service - super friendly and very professiona. Made sure they left the place clean and tidy and was happy when I got the bill that they had charged according to what they quoted. Would highly recommend!
