Recently prior to selling our home in Salter Point, we engaged Ric from Crown Electrics to bring our home right up to date on any electrical matters which would require correction prior to listing the property for sale. Ric attended the property promptly with all the required components and was very professional in attending to all that was required. I needed an electrician for an emergency on a Sunday afternoon (blown main switch and fuses so no power) and left a message with Crown Electrical Services who were recommended to me. Richard got back to me almost immediately and although he was at a private function, he arrived at our house with the parts needed within an hour and got the job done quickly and at a very reasonable rate. I can highly recommend this company and loved Richard's friendly can-do attitude!

Had the pleasure of using Crown Eletrical this week for an install of our ceiling fan. My initial phone conversation with Richard was reassuring with the knowledge and recommendation of the sort of fan to suit our needs. Within a day of us purchasing our fan Luke was out to remove our old one and install the new one. His communication before his arrival and punctuality was fantastic. He explained everything we needed to know about the product and was finished, cleaned up in next to no time. We have now met Richard and he was extremely helpful as well and would have no hesitation in using their services again. Great to have professional that values customer service.

I called Richard with an emergency power outage, so basically the house had no electricity. Richard's schedule was completely full until the following week. However, on his way home the same day, he came past the house to investigate the issue and restored my power. Richard then did a follow up visit the following week to totally replace my panel and upgrade it to code. I would recommend his services to anyone who requires reliable and prompt five star service.
