Adam and the boys replaced my old fully ducted reverse cycle unit with a new Fujitsu unit today and they have done a great job. A big thanks guys and a shout out to Kristy who cracked the whip and organised everything.

Adam and the guys have been great to deal with. They took care of all the installation difficulties, and got a smaller customised aircon unit delivered because of the lack of roof cavity space. When there was a roof leak one winter from some piping running through the roof, all the roof plumbers were quoting $1000+ to fix it, and the ARK team came out and quickly siliconed it up free of charge. Today's aircon service also a quick simple job. massive compliments to the team! Couldn't have picked a better aircon installer.
