  Dean has helped me w electrical work around my house for 19 years now. He is always punctual/will send an SMS or ph/er. He is kind, patient, understanding, clean/tidy & very generous w his time. He has even kindly triaged me over the phone a couple of times. :) I always feel like I have a big brother/an old friend coming over & nothing is too much trouble, inc. Jake on board. They're always both so friendly, polite & more than helpful. Dean has often gone above & beyond for me. Dean is a great communicator & we're always on the same page re my electrical plan vision/cost.   We have used Zapt for years now. Always an excellent job! They have completed jobs from ceiling fan installation. Down light installation, outlet installations, circuit board change etc. we have never had any issues. Always a professional job. What is really nice, they clean up after themselves. No finger prints on ceiling or walls. Dust and wires cleaned up. Dean and the boys are very nice to work with. Definitely Will continue to use.

  Dean and Andrew were a great team and we would definitely call them again. Very friendly, professional and courteous, and arrived on time. Dean took the time to ask good questions about how we wanted things setup, they didn't rush through it, and fixed a few other things along the way. Very reasonably priced and excellent quality of work. Overall can't rate them highly enough thanks guys!
