We engaged Smillie to replace and install a kitchen extraction fan, which was a complicated job with multiple trade services required to fully coordinate and execute. The communication and coordination from the whole team was flawless from the outset, with multiple calls from the team (shout out to Dana) to confirm the appointment and to confirm which tradesman would be attending the day of. A very nice tough! The team were also able to offer multiple convenient times that suited our hectic schedule, which was a huge help. Huge thank you to Shane who attended - he was right on time, and very professional. He called ahead of time to verify the appointment and his ETA - almost unheard of these days! He even offered to repair a broken power point socket, which wasn't part of the original scope, which was very thoughtful and generous.
