Watters Electrical & Solar Shepparton

Returning to the area after living away from Shepparton for many years, Watters Electrical vans seemed everywhere. When I was looking to add solar panels to my home, I wanted to support a local business and Watters seemed a natural choice. From the start I was happy with their service. The quote was timely and set out well, I could see the difference it would make to my power usage and knowing there was follow up service in the area was also important. I was aware of “out of towners, door knockers” and again going local was a natural choice. Since then Watters have installed solar panels, new lights internally, 2 split system air-conditioning units and most recently lights on a new carport . They have always been great, on time, job well done and tidy up afterwards. My next call will be to discuss the viability and installation of a battery source. I know who I will call, Watters, and support our local business and tradies.

I got Watters electrical to inspect all my household electricals including lightings after six years of moving to my new house in Shepparton, Victoria. That was painstakingly well done and I was given a quote for the needed replacements which I was happy with. At the end of job, my family and I had only satisfaction from the overall job which was quite professional and satisfying. The job served as much needed first time electrical replacement and maintenance of my home after six years of moving in. I will recommend Watters to any one who needs a good electrical work for the good job that was done in my home. I am also happy to get them involved again for any needed electrical job in the future. I'd had Watters here before, to clear up a problem with the inverter, that the original solar installer wasn't interested in. So I knew their work and customer service was good. So I went with them regarding a solar battery. Which in turn led to upgrading my wifi coverage throughout the house which had been a bit patchy. It wasn't all straight forward however. The battery was. It was getting the battery to talk to the app on a consistent basis that was the issue. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it dropped out - and there didn't seem to be any logic to it. Justin was great. No panic. Kept listening, kept suggesting the next step. The young guys who came out (in 42 degree temperatures) deserve credit for trying their best as well !! Finally the issue was resolved (direct ethernet cable from battery to router). I felt listened to. I felt supported, even during the "what shall we do next". No one just walked away. Thoroughly recommend Watters. Thanks guys!!

The service is the best, they help, they listen to your problem, no only the front desk staff like Angel. Even the boss is very helpful. I come early to pass the key to him. Next time if my car need anything will come back. Thanks God and bless this company.

I was lucky enough to win the winter warmers give away recently with Watters and selected the split system prize! I am so happy with the service I received. Beau and Wayne went above and beyond to make sure what I was choosing would work for the space we had. On install, the boys took extra time and effort to install the external part of the split system to ensure it looked okay from the outside of the house. I won’t hesitate to get the boys back in the future!

I had Trouble with my Air Conditioner in the roof on 42c heat no problem for Christian the refrigerator man he also explained what the problem was clearly,, I give him AAA+ for getting the job done & always arriving on time. Thank you
